To find the perfect recipe, you first need the perfect ingredients. And that's what our founders Dena Tripp and Debbie Shwetz were for each other. At Island Teriyaki, we focus on finest teriyaki rice bowl well and served quickly. We served fast (timely) food but not fast (junk) food. Our meat was trimmed and marinated in own kitchen, not in factory. We grilled meat everyday and all day, not just heated.
