CHAR Pizzeria Napoletana was started with a passion for traditional, Napoletana-style pizzas. The owners are from Naples, Italy and wanted to bring that authenticity to everyone. The idea of Booty's was hatched way back in 1985 by Andy LiButti while he was attending Florida International University.
