View ProfileWhat began as a small buffalo-style chicken wing restaurant in Garland, Texas, continues to soar to great heights. Today there are more than 1,500 restaurants open across the globe. Wingstop quickly became a fan favorite when we first opened our doors in 1994. Our proprietary recipes, outstanding food, and superior customer service created a demand that could only be satisfied by more locations. And in 1997 we began offering franchises. Today we are one of the fastest-growing concepts in the country, attracting top entrepreneurs and operators with the drive and passion to own their own businesses. [read more]
View ProfileOur Food Is Fresh… Nothing Has Been Frozen Our initial idea for a richly flavored menu was that our recipes would be made fresh every day. And, that our meats or other food groups would ‘only’ be fresh and never frozen. As we were to find out, this concept is more easily attainable in a traditional sit-down restaurant. Our model, requested by the owner, called for a drive-thru format where a totally fresh menu would be provided for a fast-food restaurant and Phoenicians on the go. The difficulty with serving fresh food in a fast-food delivery style is timing. In a regular restaurant, the food is ordered and the chef or cook puts the meats on the grill or flat top. When it’s done, it is served to the customer. However, in fast food, the traffic speeds have to be anticipated and cooked just ahead of the customer driving through the drive-up lane. Our Brushfire staff, led by Sione Saenz, was able to unlock the secrets of timing and stay committed to providing fresh, never frozen fast food to our customers that really tastes good. [read more]

View ProfileIn 1958 the first Village Inn Pancake House opened its doors in Denver, Colorado and began offering what has since made us famous— made-from-scratch buttermilk pancakes, fresh eggs cooked any style, sizzling bacon and a pot of steaming hot coffee. More than once, vacationers in Denver stopped at Village Inn for a bite to eat and enjoyed it so much that they inquired about franchise opportunities before leaving. Such requests inspired co-founders Merton “Andy” Anderson and Jim Mola to place an ad in The Wall Street Journal for prospective franchisees. Soon after, the first Village Inn franchise started operating in 1961, leading the way for successful franchise development. Our reputation for serving quality all-day breakfast endures and carries over to our lunch, dinner and our award-winning pies. Village Inn serves The Best Pie In America® – like French Silk, Lemon Supreme, Country Apple and Caramel Pecan Silk Supreme. We are proud of our tradition—and happy to be part of our guests’ daily lives. With six decades of success, we have corporate and franchise restaurants totaling more than 200, located primarily in the Rocky Mountain region, the Midwest, Arizona and Florida. View ProfileAt NakedQ, we want you to feel like you’re at home, wherever home is. That’s why our mission is to give you the freedom to eat the BBQ you love. Rewind back before the birth of NakedQ, Pitboss Oren traveled all over the country & ate a lot of BBQ. While he enjoyed every bite, he also learned that it means something different depending on where you’re from: In the Carolinas, it’s not BBQ unless there’s pork and a vinegary sauce. In Memphis, you better be craving ribs. If you’re from St. Louis or Kansas City, you’re going to be expecting a tomatoey sauce. Texas BBQ is all about the beef brisket. Oren took all of these BBQ experiences from across the country and created NakedQ, where we rub, smoke and serve our meats naked (without sauce) like pork, ribs, brisket, links, turkey, and chicken with our tried and true recipes. From our North Carolina-style vinegar sauce to South Carolina mustard sauce to traditional sweet or spicy sauces you can choose to enjoy it, the way you love it because BBQ is as American as apple pie (even though we prefer peach.) Eat Naked! [read more]
View ProfileTo find the perfect recipe, you first need the perfect ingredients. And that's what our founders Dena Tripp and Debbie Shwetz were for each other. In 1997, they joined forces, or better yet kitchens, to help make cakes to entertain their friends. The cakes they made were delicious, unlike anything anyone had tasted. As a result, their friends and family asked them to entertain more and more. They quickly realized this side project of theirs could be something more. There was a gap in the world for delicious cakes, readily available, that didn't compromise on their ingredients. Fresh eggs, real butter, and real cream cheese; nothing was too good to achieve perfection. And perfection are those decadent, slowly melting bites, we all know and love. Flash forward and the Nothing Bundt Cakes brand has grown nationwide. Built on Dena and Debbie's vision, each bakery still has the warmth and nostalgia of its home-kitchen roots, but they also take a modern approach for the world today. [read more]

View ProfileAt Brinker International, we’re no strangers to building restaurant brands. We already know how to make magic with burgers, ribs, fajitas, margaritas, pastas and homemade desserts. Our chefs at Chili’s and Maggiano’s work passionately to make the best food for our Guests, and it all starts in one place: the kitchen. So we asked our chefs what they’d make if they had free rein to do anything. The only catch was the food also had to be available through delivery, so it had to taste as good at your door as it tasted coming out of the kitchen. Our chefs’ answer? Use time-tested traditional methods of making chicken wings and combine them with some of the most out-of-this-world sauces. Throw the curly fries in for free and leverage existing Chili’s and Maggiano’s kitchens and cooks to sell these killer wings as a pickup or delivery experience at truly stupid prices. [read more]
