The world’s best cookies are available It all started with one big dream, two crazy cousins, and the perfect combination of flour, sugar, and chocolate chips. To find the perfect recipe, you first need the perfect ingredients. And that's what our founders Dena Tripp and Debbie Shwetz were for each other. Rito's Mexican Food is celebrating 45 years of business this year and we could not be more excited about the future as a company. What began as a neighborhood convenience store within the Garfield Historic Neighborhood quickly found itself selling more burritos and tacos from its limited "to go" only kitchen, than grocery goods.
