The idea of Booty's was hatched way back in 1985 by Andy LiButti while he was attending Florida International University. In 1952, a brand spanking new silver bullet diner was delivered to a small community in Upstate New York. This Mountainview Diner, built in Singac, New Jersey, Model No. 330, was slated to be “the most modern kitchen in all of upstate”.
