Revolu, is a modern-day taqueria and bar. The name Revolu is an abbreviated name for a popular street in Tijuana Mexico, Av. Revolucion. Growing up in San Diego and being raised by Jeremiah's maternal grandparents, a lot of time was spent eating "street" food along the colorful street of Revolucion. The idea of Booty's was hatched way back in 1985 by Andy LiButti while he was attending Florida International University.
