Nick DiLello - Owner Nick started his career in the bridal industry opening retail stores across the Southwest. In 2001 he worked at a wedding venue as a General Manager in Las Vegas. He specialized in planning corporate events and designing wedding receptions. An entrepreneur at heart he then purchased a franchise for a national wedding publication in the Arizona market in 2002. For the past 18 years he has produced the second largest and ONLY locally owned and operated bridal planning event in Arizona. Customer service is his number one focus. In 1952, a brand spanking new silver bullet diner was delivered to a small community in Upstate New York. This Mountainview Diner, built in Singac, New Jersey, Model No. 330, was slated to be “the most modern kitchen in all of upstate”. The residents of Herkimer watched in amazement as the diner was delivered on a flatbed truck and installed right along Main Street. For 65 years the Empire Diner has been the hub of the community and has held a special place in the hearts of many. Just months ago you were hard-pressed to find someone who knew what cake pops were, let alone companies making them. Now, they are “popping” up in every bakeshop, supermarket, and coffee house. The cake pop craze was becoming mainstream and as orders accumulated; I reached my productivity capacity and was feeling the rolling pain in my hands. As I searched for a machine that would relieve my pain I couldn’t find one that did the job. My search continually came up empty, desperate to find an “easier way”, I decided to build one myself. Over several months and through trial and error with different materials and processes, the Easy Roller was born.
