Various types of sushi (and other food and drinks) rotate throughout the restaurant on a conveyor belt. The price of items on the conveyor belt is $2.50 per plate all day. To find the perfect recipe, you first need the perfect ingredients. And that's what our founders Dena Tripp and Debbie Shwetz were for each other.
