Revolu, is a modern-day taqueria and bar. The name Revolu is an abbreviated name for a popular street in Tijuana Mexico, Av. Revolucion. In 1952, a brand spanking new silver bullet diner was delivered to a small community in Upstate New York. This Mountainview Diner, built in Singac, New Jersey, Model No. 330, was slated to be “the most modern kitchen in all of upstate”.
