The idea of Booty's was hatched way back in 1985 by Andy LiButti while he was attending Florida International University. Pho Avina is a family owned and operated Vietnamese restaurant. In 1990, our family started Avina's Vietnamese Cuisine on the corner of 43rd Ave & Bell Rd.
