Back in January 1999, we vacationed in Arizona at my brother's house in Arrowhead. Anthony and Tina told us the area was starving for a "family" owned Pizzeria where families can enjoy the casual atmosphere and great back east style Italian food at a good price. The idea of Booty's was hatched way back in 1985 by Andy LiButti while he was attending Florida International University.
