Back in January 1999, we vacationed in Arizona at my brother's house in Arrowhead. Anthony and Tina told us the area was starving for a "family" owned Pizzeria where families can enjoy the casual atmosphere and great back east style Italian food at a good price. This Mountainview Diner, built in Singac, New Jersey, Model No. 330, was slated to be “the most modern kitchen in all of upstate”. For 65 years the Empire Diner has been the hub of the community and has held a special place in the hearts of many.
