Pho Avina is a family owned and operated Vietnamese restaurant. In 1990, our family started Avina's Vietnamese Cuisine on the corner of 43rd Ave & Bell Rd. In 2005, my mother sold her store and I took over Pho Phat in 2007. We specialize in Southern Vietnamese cooking. To find the perfect recipe, you first need the perfect ingredients. And that's what our founders Dena Tripp and Debbie Shwetz were for each other. In 1997, they joined forces, or better yet kitchens, to help make cakes to entertain their friends. The cakes they made were delicious, unlike anything anyone had tasted.
