In 1952, a brand spanking new silver bullet diner was delivered to a small community in Upstate New York. This Mountainview Diner, built in Singac, New Jersey, Model No. 330, was slated to be “the most modern kitchen in all of upstate”. The residents of Herkimer watched in amazement as the diner was delivered on a flatbed truck and installed right along Main Street. For 65 years the Empire Diner has been the hub of the community and has held a special place in the hearts of many. Among the most notable are the Best Cheeseburger and Best Bacon Cheeseburger awarded by the New York Beef Council and the most recent acclaim of Best Diner in Upstate New York as voted by hundreds of thousands of New York residents. LBR is a family-owned and operated business only in Arizona. We serve different traditional Filipino & occasional Asian dishes everyday. This is a point-point (turo-turo) type of fastfood restaurant where you pick the food you like by pointing to the dish at the steam table. There are a variety of dishes served and the choices change everyday. We have dine-in & take-out options serving 1-3 entree meals with rice, a la carte entrees & soup dishes, BBQ, fried or grilled fish, different kakanin(goodies), drinks & desserts. Cebu-style lechon is sold per pound on Saturdays & Sundays. We provide casual catering, whole lechon & bellychon for your party needs and our dining area is available for special events, meetings and gatherings up to 60 people.
