The idea of Booty's was hatched way back in 1985 by Andy LiButti while he was attending Florida International University. We’re proud of a lot of things, but we’re most proud of the community that we get to experience each and every day in and around our shop. Simply take the items you want from the conveyor belt and stack the empty plates on your table. Your server will count the color and quantity of plates when you are ready for your check.
