Various types of sushi (and other food and drinks) rotate throughout the restaurant on a conveyor belt. The price of items on the conveyor belt is $2.50 per plate all day. From September of 1989 until June 1999, my wife and I owned and operated "Town Line Deli and Pizzeria" on Cape Cod Massachusetts. Back in January 1999, we vacationed in Arizona at my brother's house in Arrowhead. The idea of Booty's was hatched way back in 1985 by Andy LiButti while he was attending Florida International University.
