We’re proud of a lot of things, but we’re most proud of the community that we get to experience each and every day in and around our shop. And we certainly didn’t build this community – it was here in the surrounding neighborhoods and schools long before we broke ground. In 1952, a brand spanking new silver bullet diner was delivered to a small community in Upstate New York. This Mountainview Diner, built in Singac, New Jersey, Model No. 330, was slated to be “the most modern kitchen in all of upstate”. We came from Chicago in June and took over this wonderful restaurant. We are true Chicagoans. Our Gyros, Hotdogs, Italian Sausage, and Gonella Rolls come from Chicago.
