Raymond and Teresa Bonillas opened the first Don Ruben's in 1972 and quickly stole the hearts of native and non-native Phoenicians alike. To find the perfect recipe, you first need the perfect ingredients. And that's what our founders Dena Tripp and Debbie Shwetz were for each other.
