Bánh Mì Bistro is an independent Vietnamese eatery, conceived by husband-and-wife team John Le and Ha Nguyen. After helping run the family business (Little Saigon Restaurant in Old Town Glendale) for several years, they decided to open up their very own fast-casual food venture in late 2014. We’re proud of a lot of things, but we’re most proud of the community that we get to experience each and every day in and around our shop. And we certainly didn’t build this community – it was here in the surrounding neighborhoods and schools long before we broke ground. This is a great place when you want Mexican food. Always fresh and tasty. Wait a tad long but they don't keep things under a lamp like Taco Bell. Only thing that I hate IMO is the menu has too many options. I hate deciding as it is!
