I took that passion and attended Johnson & Wales University; where I successfully graduated with a degree in Baking & Pastry Arts as well as a Bachelor's in Food Service Management. I worked at the Four Seasons Hotel Denver where I gained priceless knowledge about the hospitality industry and fine dining. After moving back to my home state, Arizona, I became the first pastry chef at an upscale casual restaurant in New River. Revolu, is a modern-day taqueria and bar. The name Revolu is an abbreviated name for a popular street in Tijuana Mexico, Av. Revolucion. Growing up in San Diego and being raised by Jeremiah's maternal grandparents, a lot of time was spent eating "street" food along the colorful street of Revolucion. The sights, sounds, smells and all of the delicious flavors are the inspiration for Revolu. The drink menu has been created to compliment the eclectic food menu, some offerings include; agua fresca, hand-crafted margaritas, majority of Mexican beers in bottle and on tap.
