Just months ago you were hard-pressed to find someone who knew what cake pops were, let alone companies making them. Now, they are “popping” up in every bakeshop, supermarket, and coffee house. The cake pop craze was becoming mainstream and as orders accumulated; I reached my productivity capacity and was feeling the rolling pain in my hands. As I searched for a machine that would relieve my pain I couldn’t find one that did the job. My search continually came up empty, desperate to find an “easier way”, I decided to build one myself. In 1952, a brand spanking new silver bullet diner was delivered to a small community in Upstate New York. This Mountainview Diner, built in Singac, New Jersey, Model No. 330, was slated to be “the most modern kitchen in all of upstate”. Revolu, is a modern-day taqueria and bar. The name Revolu is an abbreviated name for a popular street in Tijuana Mexico, Av. Revolucion. Growing up in San Diego and being raised by Jeremiah's maternal grandparents, a lot of time was spent eating "street" food along the colorful street of Revolucion. The sights, sounds, smells and all of the delicious flavors are the inspiration for Revolu. The drink menu has been created to compliment the eclectic food menu, some offerings include; agua fresca, hand-crafted margaritas, majority of Mexican beers in bottle and on tap.
