When starting this restaurant, our goal was to bring all our favorite flavors from Eastern European cuisine to one place for the people of Phoenix to enjoy. To find the perfect recipe, you first need the perfect ingredients. And that's what our founders Dena Tripp and Debbie Shwetz were for each other.
