The idea of Booty's was hatched way back in 1985 by Andy LiButti while he was attending Florida International University. Opened in 1984 as Asian Kitchen, the restaurant evolved into New Asian Kitchen in 2003, when it was purchased by Jinshi and Qui Xian Tan, the current husband and wife owner operators.
