My passion for baking began at the age of eight when my grandma and I would be found in the kitchen together whipping up something delicious. I took that passion and attended Johnson & Wales University; where I successfully graduated with a degree in Baking & Pastry Arts as well as a Bachelor's in Food Service Management. I worked at the Four Seasons Hotel Denver where I gained priceless knowledge about the hospitality industry and fine dining. In 1958 the first Village Inn Pancake House opened its doors in Denver, Colorado and began offering what has since made us famous— made-from-scratch buttermilk pancakes, fresh eggs cooked any style, sizzling bacon and a pot of steaming hot coffee.
