Nick DiLello - Owner Nick started his career in the bridal industry opening retail stores across the Southwest. In 2001 he worked at a wedding venue as a General Manager in Las Vegas. He specialized in planning corporate events and designing wedding receptions. An entrepreneur at heart he then purchased a franchise for a national wedding publication in the Arizona market in 2002. For the past 18 years he has produced the second largest and ONLY locally owned and operated bridal planning event in Arizona. Customer service is his number one focus. While his career path has been varied the pride he shows in everything he does shines through. Opening Bottega Pizzeria Ristorante in 2017 combined his love for food and hospitality. From September of 1989 until June 1999, my wife and I owned and operated "Town Line Deli and Pizzeria" on Cape Cod Massachusetts. Back in January 1999, we vacationed in Arizona at my brother's house in Arrowhead. Anthony and Tina told us the area was starving for a "family" owned Pizzeria where families can enjoy the casual atmosphere and great back east style Italian food at a good price. On the airplane ride back to frigid, snowy, icy, Cape Cod, Judy and I decided to put our pizzeria up for sale and move ourselves and our son Robert to the Valley of the Sun.
