This Mountainview Diner, built in Singac, New Jersey, Model No. 330, was slated to be “the most modern kitchen in all of upstate”. A new chapter began for me in 2015 with my bakery business Cindy Loves Cakes, after baking for friends and family, they'd continuously tell me that I should be selling my bakery creations.
