My passion for baking began at the age of eight when my grandma and I would be found in the kitchen together whipping up something delicious. I took that passion and attended Johnson & Wales University; where I successfully graduated with a degree in Baking & Pastry Arts as well as a Bachelor's in Food Service Management. Back in January 1999, we vacationed in Arizona at my brother's house in Arrowhead. Anthony and Tina told us the area was starving for a "family" owned Pizzeria where families can enjoy the casual atmosphere and great back east style Italian food at a good price. On the airplane ride back to frigid, snowy, icy, Cape Cod, Judy and I decided to put our pizzeria up for sale and move ourselves and our son Robert to the Valley of the Sun.
