In 1952, a brand spanking new silver bullet diner was delivered to a small community in Upstate New York. This Mountainview Diner, built in Singac, New Jersey, Model No. 330, was slated to be “the most modern kitchen in all of upstate”. Built in 2003, our Grimaldi’s in Old Town Scottsdale was the first Grimaldi’s Pizzeria in Arizona. Our restaurant offers you multiple ways to dine with us depending on your preference. Guests can choose to take a seat at our full-service bar, dining on one of two outdoor patios, or sit in our main dining room and watch our pizza chefs make each pizza to order. For guests who choose takeout, we also offer curbside service. We also offer four private dining rooms for large parties and meetings. Opened in 1984 as Asian Kitchen, the restaurant evolved into New Asian Kitchen in 2003, when it was purchased by Jinshi and Qui Xian Tan, the current husband and wife owner operators. The Tans use only the finest and freshest ingredients available.
