Brewing beer locally in Glendale, Arizona. Throne Brewing was established in March of 2018, when owner-operator Carlos Toma purchased already existing Dubina Brewing in Glendale, Arizona. With over 10 years’ experience running a craft beer shop in downtown Phoenix, Arizona, opening a brewery was the obvious next step and also a lifelong goal. Since opening its doors, Throne Brewing has become an outlet for creativity, innovation, and comradery. In 1958 the first Village Inn Pancake House opened its doors in Denver, Colorado and began offering what has since made us famous— made-from-scratch buttermilk pancakes, fresh eggs cooked any style, sizzling bacon and a pot of steaming hot coffee.
