Rito's Mexican Food is celebrating 45 years of business this year and we could not be more excited about the future as a company. What began as a neighborhood convenience store within the Garfield Historic Neighborhood quickly found itself selling more burritos and tacos from its limited "to go" only kitchen, than grocery goods. Just months ago you were hard-pressed to find someone who knew what cake pops were, let alone companies making them. Now, they are “popping” up in every bakeshop, supermarket, and coffee house. The cake pop craze was becoming mainstream and as orders accumulated; I reached my productivity capacity and was feeling the rolling pain in my hands. As I searched for a machine that would relieve my pain I couldn’t find one that did the job. My search continually came up empty, desperate to find an “easier way”, I decided to build one myself. Over several months and through trial and error with different materials and processes, the Easy Roller was born. This is a great place when you want Mexican food. Always fresh and tasty. Wait a tad long but they don't keep things under a lamp like Taco Bell. Only thing that I hate IMO is the menu has too many options. I hate deciding as it is! Also it would help non-Spanish speaking customers to have English next to Spanish words so I don't have to use google when ordering. Highly recommend this place One photo is my receipt.
