How did we get started? The Pandemic caused a lot of people to change how they live, and we were no different. Not being able to go to our favorite restaurants had a major impact on our lifestyle. Due to the time it takes to make Pho the right way, one of our favorite places to eat was our local Pho restaurant. However, once the pandemic was in full effect, this was no longer an option. So what did we do then? The entire family got involved in brainstorming on how we can make AUTHENTIC Pho in a short amount of time to make it convenient for our busy lifestyle. First, we took our family recipe that has been passed down several generations, and started to experiment on ways to make it faster, and not sacrifice flavor, taste or authenticity. Second, we spent time and time again perfecting our process until finally, we hit perfection! What did we do next? We made kits for ourselves, family members, coworkers and friends to enjoy at home. Times Square was started with a dream and a vision for great Italian food and friendly, family-style service. Over the last 17 years, we've realized that dream. We started out at our original location at 26th Ave. and Deer Valley Road in Phoenix, adding our second and largest restaurant at Union Hills and 7th St in Phoenix. Then in January of 2017, we opened our third and newest location in Litchfield Park at Litchfield Rd and Camelback Rd.
