CHAR Pizzeria Napoletana was started with a passion for traditional, Napoletana-style pizzas. The owners are from Naples, Italy and wanted to bring that authenticity to everyone. The bagels are crusty on the outside and chewy on the inside, the way real bagels were meant to be and all of them are hand rolled, boiled, and baked bagels daily.
