How did we get started? The Pandemic caused a lot of people to change how they live, and we were no different. Not being able to go to our favorite restaurants had a major impact on our lifestyle. Due to the time it takes to make Pho the right way, one of our favorite places to eat was our local Pho restaurant. However, once the pandemic was in full effect, this was no longer an option. So what did we do then? The entire family got involved in brainstorming on how we can make AUTHENTIC Pho in a short amount of time to make it convenient for our busy lifestyle. First, we took our family recipe that has been passed down several generations, and started to experiment on ways to make it faster, and not sacrifice flavor, taste or authenticity. Second, we spent time and time again perfecting our process until finally, we hit perfection! What did we do next? We made kits for ourselves, family members, coworkers and friends to enjoy at home. What happened next? Friends would tell other friends, family would tell their friends, and before you knew it, there was a circle of demand for our new Pho Kit. This is a great place when you want Mexican food. Always fresh and tasty. Wait a tad long but they don't keep things under a lamp like Taco Bell. Only thing that I hate IMO is the menu has too many options. I hate deciding as it is! We strive for excellence in everything we do in life. Our crafted drinks are a way we show respect for our customers and ourselves. They are the beginning of a relationship built on trust and care that through time grows to see our stories unfold in our city. As part of local communities, each Black Rock Coffee Bar team finds ways to serve their neighborhoods. And by doing so we help raise the bar for relationship and compassion. As relationship grows, so does accountability. We hold each other to higher standards for the good of all. Whether it be care for nature, care for those in need, or just a sincere desire to see others do well, we learn to expect a lot from each other and a lot for our customers.
